To ensure we wrote an effective script, we virtually met with the Owners of Leader’s Choice prior to filming and conducted a pre-interview to gather information. We then shared a guide with the employees, helping them decide what to wear, how to do their hair, makeup, etc. During production, we took full advantage of the day and stuck to a strict schedule to ensure we captured all of the desired portraits, interviews, and b-roll. While set up for the portraits, we captured video portraits for a powerful outro in the video. The interviews were led by our Director, and consisted of script delivery as well as on the spot interview questions. In the edit, we told their story by combining the two for a more natural and genuine feel. The staff was directed by our creative team to produce the most visually pleasing visual representations of what they do at the office.
